1. Return Eligibility

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process

• Step 2: Ship the item back to our return address provided by customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
